I support Geoffroy Youri Berret <efrim@azylum.org>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Geoffroy Youri Berret in the MPD packaging group for
some time. I particularly remember our collaboration in December 2018
around deciding on and packaging a new major version of MPD in time for
the buster release, as well as adopting the libmpdclient and ncmpc
packages for the team. He has since been working independently on the
team's packages, and I've never seen a need to correct any of his
contributions.

I know Geoffroy Youri Berret can be trusted to be a full member of
Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
