Application Manager report
For
Geoffroy Youri Berret <kaliko+debian@azylum.org> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Geoffroy Youri Berret
should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.

For nm.debian.org, at 2022-04-19: Without talking to them at all, but
after looking at Geoffroy Youri Berret <efrim@azylum.org>'s
contributions , I agree with the advocate(s) that Geoffroy Youri
Berret <efrim@azylum.org> can and should indeed be a Debian Developer,
uploading right now. I stepped into this process because the previous
AM had to step aside for personal reasons beyond their control. I
concluded that all the important questions had already been answered.
I did review all the answers, and I did independently look at one of
the packages that the previous AM had also examined.
