I have worked with Seunghun Han on packaging and sponsorship of libtpms and
reviewed his existing work in Debian.
After personally working with Seunghun Han <kkamagui@gmail.com> (key 264A6030C1BAB4EA82C37F44E06376824AC5ABA9) in the past few months,
I know Seunghun Han can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
