I support Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked with Nicholas D Steeves multiple times
during various Debian User Group meetings in Montreal over the past few years
and I was consistently impressed by both his technical knowledge and by his
willingness to help.
I have personally worked with Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com> (key

Nicholas D Steeves can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Nicholas D Steeves on Emacs packages maintained under Debian Emacsen team for several years already. His contributions are valuable, and I'd like to stress that one of Nicholas' priorities is users' convenience. Also Nicholas clearly represents Debian Emacsen team interests in the discussions with several upstream projects developing and providing Emacs packages.
I have personally worked with Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com> (key E2A6261E3900AED7CDC667085A8830475F7D1061) for several years, met him in person during DebConf17 in Montreal (we had some pleasant discussions there in person) and I know Nicholas D Steeves can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com>'s request to become a
Debian Developer, uploading. While I have no experience with his technical
contributions, I have worked with and around Nicholas during DUG Quebec
meetings as well, and am inspired by his passion for the work that he does.
While I cannot vouch for his packaging work, I nonetheless have no doubts
that Nicholas D Steeves <nsteeves@gmail.com> can be trusted to be a full
member of Debian, right now.
