I support Nicolas Mora <nicolas@babelouest.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Nicolas on glewlwyd and its dependencies (hoel, orcania, ulfius, yder) within the debian-iot-team for quite a while now.
Or more precisely, as Nicolas is already a DM since end of 2018, he did all the work and I just sponsored his uploads to NEW. He is doing a very good job. 

Nicolas has always been pleasant to communicate with and I know he can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
