Please note that another RT ticket is opened to make Ricardo Ribalda Delgado a Debian Contributor, with guest account (ticket: https://rt.debian.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=8396). Accordingly, I've modified the process which is the cause of opening of the RT ticket you currently are reading, so that when both RT tickets are processed, Ricardo indeed has the appropriate status in the Project.
