I support Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.

I haven't sponsored many packages for Elena, but I supported her a lots of times
over IRC and I can assert that her work has always been great, while
continuously striving to improve it.


I have personally worked with Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org> (key
0506CD00A2F9DE57E498F628D599FF6101809E2A) for over than a year ,and I know
Elena Grandi can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.

I have worked with Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org> (key 0506CD00A2F9DE57E498F628D599FF6101809E2A) on packaging
Kallithea, met her at DebConf, and I think she shares Debian values and has necessary technical skills to
be allowed to have upload rights — so far, just her own packages.

I am also looking forward to see her become a full member of Debian project, a Debian Developer.

I have worked with Elena Grandi on pypandoc for a lot of time and I would like to be able to see her work cortinue as a DM.

I have personally worked with Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org> (key 0506CD00A2F9DE57E498F628D599FF6101809E2A) for quite some time, over IRC on #debian-it, and I know Elena Grandi can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

A personal opinion, since I *never* had to nitpick or correct his work, I would like to see her status going into DD whenever she finds convenient to apply.

I have worked with her in and out of Debian for several years, and I have a
deep respect for all the work I've seen her do so far.

I trust Elena to have upload rights for all her own packages.

I would also trust her to have upload rights on all of Debian.

If she said she'd be confident she can do it, I would also seriously trust her
to perform brain surgery using only cyanoacrilate, gaffer tape and the Debian
cybertool.

I have been sponsoring packages for Elena since 2012.
She has been technically competent, with an attention to detail and prompt
response to her bug reports, completelly agreeable on her social interactions
that made me believe she would make a great member of our project.
I have been the one to pester her to apply for DM status. I was happily
surprised to see she applied to NM for full Debian membership and I fully
advocate her work, skills and I believe she will make a great Debian Developer.

In short: I support Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org>'s request to become
a Debian Developer.
