Chirayu has been part of the Android team for a bunch of years, he’s been mentoring the Google Summer of Code students for some time too. He’s always paid attentions to details, also impressing me with his knowledge of Debian best practices and processes.

I've been working with Chirayu Desai since 2015 on a number of
different projects.  I first got to know him as a Summer of Code
student, and have worked with him as part of the Android Tools Team,
where he has also become a Summer of Code mentor.  He's also
contributed to other free software projects that I'm also involved in,
including F-Droid and internet freedom projects.  He has solid
technical abilities, he perserveres to get things done, and he worked
very well as part of the Debian community.  I have also meet him
personally at a conference.

I have full confidence that Chirayu Desai can be trusted to be a full
member of Debian, with full access privileges.  Indeed Debian is lucky
to have him as a contributor!
