I support nick black <dank@qemfd.net>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
Recently, I have worked with him on his notcurses package (he is also its
upstream author), his packaging work is great and he dealt with issues rapidly.
We Debian should encourage him to do more activities by giving some more rights,
IMO.
