I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have been doing Debian packaging since 2013 and I have been a DM for over two years. I am currently maintaining *exactly* a dozen of Debian packages, and more are counting. So I think it is time for me to apply for DD-nu now. I know I might still have a lot to learn, but I'm already starting to help newer people now.
