For nm.debian.org, at 2020-10-08:
I support Felix Salfelder <felix@salfelder.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Felix Salfelder on electronics related packages (gnucap and similar).

His contributions will help making Debian even better for electronics.
He is also upstream for some electronics packages which are in Debian so it is
useful to have such expertise in the team.

I have sponsored a few packages by Felix Salfelder <felix@salfelder.org> (key
2A8A1686E4C97D58CEC7A51073D3C16E5F9383ED) in 2018 and I have been working with
him on some other software. I know Felix Salfelder can be trusted to have
upload rights for their own packages, right now.
