I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer. I
have created and maintained a few packages for a while, some within
debian-science and electronics-team in collaboration with other Debian
Maintainers. I would like to be able to upload packages without a sponsor, for
the benefit of the Debian users.
