For nm.debian.org, at 2020-11-21:
I support William Desportes <email@example.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with William Desportes on a bunch of packages like phpmyadmin, php-twig,
mariadb-mysql-kbs, et al for over 8 months' time and I would like him to be able to upload
their packages on their own.
Not only does William maintains and updates packages for sid, but also for stable-backports
and have helped with a bunch of security uploads (for buster, stretch, and even jessie!).
During this time, he has shown great skills, he's super fast to respond/reply back whenever
need be and is a very, very quick learner. I am very happy to have worked/helped/mentored
William all this while and becoming a DM would be a net win for the project.
I have personally worked with William Desportes <firstname.lastname@example.org> (key C4D91FDFCEF6B4A3C653FD7890A0EF1B8251A889) for X time,
and I know William Desportes can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
