I have worked with Félix Sipma on various haskell and golang packages for 4 years (since 2016).

I have personally worked with Félix Sipma <felix+debian@gueux.org> (key 2E6B7C0E128B8F9B16DAA76A5857883E277DB3CC) for 4 years,
and I know Félix Sipma can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
