I support Pierre Gruet <pgtdebian@free.fr>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Pierre Gruet on several Debian Med packages (mostly
written in Java) since the Debian Med Covid-19 hackathon in April.  Pierre
has filled a big gap of Java competence in the Debian Med team.  We had a
lot of highly wanted packages that were stalled due to missing dependencies.
Pierre has pushed this effort a lot forward.

I have personally worked with Pierre Gruet <pgtdebian@free.fr> (key
C63DBBEF21427CE249DBD96B061212944647A411) since April 2020, and I know Pierre
Gruet can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.  I admit after knowing
Pierre's good work I simply grant him upload permissions.

I would be really happy if Pierre would become a DD soon.

Developer, uploading.  I have worked with Pierre Gruet since the Debian
Med Hackathon in April 2020. To be more precise, he helped me out and did not need
any contribution from my side, with many different Java-related fixes
(updates, missing libraries, Jar files redistributed in source tree,
...) for a series of tools maintained by the Debian Med community. And
he finds new issues to work on by himself. Many thanks, Pierre!
