I'm sponsoring Jeroen for ~9 years now and I don't know why I didn't ask him to become DM or DD already. Probably because his RFS emails didn't require any additional work from me (i.e. uploaded on the first try, no issues to fix first)

recall any issues. He's been active for a long long time, and he's been
ripe for full DD rights for most of that time.
