I support Shayan Doust <hello@shayandoust.me>'s request to become Debian Developer (with upload permissions). I started working with Shayan in a Mentoring of the Month project in July 2019. In this initial project Shayan performed very well. Last year he did quite some work in the Covid-19 effort by packaging new software as well as fixing bugs and writing tests for existing packages.
I have met Shayan Doust <hello@shayandoust.me> (key 0401A810A6F243031EA397596D7D441919D02395) in several video conferences starting with the Covid-19 sprint in April. I pretty sure Shayan Doust can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
