For nm.debian.org, at 2021-03-25:
I support Jakub Ružička <jakub.ruzicka@nic.cz>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Jakub since early November 2020 on
lua-binaryheap (#974080), knot and knot-resolver.

I have sponsored several releases of packages he has prepared (using the key
23EBCF7E8FC47556787100DFA4254072E373042C) since last November, and I have had
little to say. His packages have been in a good shape.

I have enjoyed working and interacting with Jakub Ružička, and I think he can
be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages, right now.
