I support Samuel Henrique <samueloph@gmail.com>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Samuel Henrique on t50 for some time
(and some uploads) and I would like to be able to work on other
things, since t50 is updated too often, and he is doing a great job
that I just have to sign and upload.

I have personally worked with Samuel Henrique <samueloph@gmail.com>
(key C480A21B5A8E0276EB6C5B6E59895E44B169626D) for X time,
and I know Samuel Henrique can be trusted to have upload rights for
his own packages, right now.

I just sponsored two uploads or three for him, but I see the quality
of his work on pkg-security, his good attitude, and his workflow is
really nice, he is a good git user, he keeps clean and good
changelogs and his package are in a good shape.
I don't see any reason for not giving him DM rights for t50 package
(and probably more in the future)

thanks
