I have been working with Joshua Peisach <itzswirlz2020@outlook.com>,
(key 226D0F1861081C139D899D7741C3D4189AFEDB5A) over the last year
within the Debian Cinnamon Team. He is heavily involved in the
Ubuntu Cinnamon remix, and regularly contributes back to Debian
packaging.
I am strongly suggesting to approve him after the necessary procedures
to DM status.
