Declaration of intent

The most important requirement for changing status in Debian is to make sure that a person actually intends to do so.

This requirement has been approved by Housekeeping Robot <nm@debian.org> 3 years, 8 months ago.

For nm.debian.org, at 2021-09-25:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I am working together with DPT team, Debian On Mobile team and the Rust team.
So far, I have had the opportunity to work on about 40 packages, out of which
35 are currently in main.

I had the opportunity to work, so far, with josch, agx and sylvestre.

My main area of interest is revolving around the mobile eco-system support in Debian.
I am working toward support of Linux native mobile devices such as the Librem 5 or the PinePhone,
but also on the availability of adaptive applications on those devices.
My longer run objective is to be able to run vanilla Debian on mobile devices like
the Librem 5 with a relevant set of adapative applications.

Having the Debian Developer role would allow me to work with more flexibility on those
packages as well as new ones that fit in the scope of the description above.
For example, one could think of softwares like Fractal, Shortwave, as well as their dependencies.
