For nm.debian.org, at 2021-09-27:

I support nick black <dank@qemfd.net>'s request to become a Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have previously personally worked with nick in a professional capacity on a
Debian-related project and have in the last year reviewed his uploads to
growlight and notcurses, including a non-trivial package split on the latter.
He definitely has sufficient technical competence as well as awareness of how
the Free Software world works.

I know that nick black (key 9A2FFF747994E287BEC422F15F43400C21CBFACC) can be
trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted
upload rights, right now.
