For nm.debian.org, at 2021-12-31:
I support Lu YaNing <dluyaning@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

Lu has been quite instrumental in packaging many Qt 6 submodules, several of which he
packaged almost completely on his own. He has shown thereby e.g. how to create packages,
how to handle symbols and how to create copyright-files while following the usual
packaging guidelines.

He has also shown a willingness to understand things in order to improve his packaging
skills. When in doubt, Lu is not shy about asking for advice either.

Finally, he has been very ambitious in taking on various tasks, specifcally in helping
with Qt 6.
