For nm.debian.org, at 2022-02-14:
I support Philip Wyett <philip.wyett@kathenas.org>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

He's been around for a while, maintaining libfilezilla, filezilla and
rednotebook, of which I've sponsored 23 uploads -- and I see no reason
Philip shouldn't be allowed to handle his packages without supervision.

Key 70A0AC45AC779EFE84F63AED724AA9B52F024C8B is the only one that I
have seen in the recent history.
