For nm.debian.org, at 2022-05-17:
I support Lance Lin <LQi254@protonmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Lance Lin on the context of Debian Med team
for 5 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Lance has been adding autopkgtests to a number of packages in the Debian Med team, and
has been doing a good job with it. Recently, they also helped fix a number of RC bugs which
is usually always welcome.
I also reviewed the new package (toml11) that they prepared, after some initial nitpicking,
they were able to deliver good quality work.

I feel that they know about Debian processes well enough and are capable of maintaining
their packages on their own, without needing a sponsor.

I have personally worked with Lance Lin <LQi254@protonmail.com>
(key 8CAD12508EE03A41722303EC7096F91ED75D028F) for 5 months, and I know Lance Lin
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
