I support Matteo Bini <matteobin@protonmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Matteo Bini on icon-naming-utils, tango-icon-theme,
dwm (old rsa2048 key 9ED8020D31BA56A973EDEBF32535FEC2BA60CEEF),
and NEW davegnukem (key 2AA1CB10D819C1F6DE3CF0C473059AA700FB95FF)
for 6 months and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.
Matteo was always very responsive and handled each of my change requests on first try.
I have personally worked with Matteo Bini <matteobin@protonmail.com>
for 6 months, and I know Matteo Bini can be trusted to have upload rights for his own
packages, right now.
