For nm.debian.org, at 2022-10-05:

I support William Wilson <wilson.r.william@gmail.com>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer. I have worked with William Wilson on Golang packages in
Debian and and many packages in Ubuntu for over a year and I consider them as
having sufficient technical competence.

William works on the Ubuntu Foundations team with me at Canonical and has
demonstrated that he is willing and able to learn the intricacies of packaging
and also that he cares about the state of Debian as its own entity, not just
as an upstream for Ubuntu.

I have personally worked with William Wilson <wilson.r.william@gmail.com> (key
7E6D9F62AD7303887A3C1DD04916D7AB1D7A3804) for 18 or so months, and I know
William Wilson can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
