I support Josenilson Ferreira da SIlva <nilsonfsilva@hotmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Nilson on packaging several Python packages since September 2022. I consider him as having sufficient technical competence to become a DM and take care of his packages.

- From Nilson's work and our private email exchanges I am convinced that Nilson has sufficient technical knowledge. Nilson is really keen on packaging, very sincere and willing to learn. Thus I believe Nilson should be trusted with DM rights.

I have personally worked with Josenilson Ferreira da SIlva <nilsonfsilva@hotmail.com>

bootstrap-flask, flask-session, instaloader and parsimonious since the last
6 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I'm sure having Josenilson as a DM will only increase Debian's technical level.
