For nm.debian.org, at 2023-03-06:
I support Vinay Keshava <vinaykeshava@disroot.org>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Vinay Keshava on many ruby and
javascript dependencies of gitlab for many months I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence.
In addition to maintaining packages in official repos, he also contributes
to maintaining packages in fasttrack.debian.net service. He also helps in
maintaining git.fosscommunity.in gitlab instance that uses the gitlab package.
I have personally worked with Vinay Keshava <vinaykeshava@disroot.org>
(key 2F7E32FC9C01622BC797E60AD3FDE3D93A1FCF50) for many months, and I know
Vinay Keshava can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
