For nm.debian.org, at 2023-03-06:
I support Vinay Keshava <firstname.lastname@example.org>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Vinay Keshava on many ruby and
sufficient technical competence.
In addition to maintaining packages in official repos, he also contributes
to maintaining packages in fasttrack.debian.net service. He also helps in
maintaining git.fosscommunity.in gitlab instance that uses the gitlab package.
I have personally worked with Vinay Keshava <email@example.com>
