I support Josenilson Ferreira da SIlva <nilsonfsilva@hotmail.com>'s request to
become a Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Josenilson Ferreira da
SIlva on packaging various Python modules since September 2022. I consider
Nilson as having sufficient Debian and technical experience to be trusted with
DD upload rights, right now.

My experience with Nilson comes from reviewing and sponsoring his Debian
packages introducing new Python modules into Debian. We had frequent exchanges
of personal emails (approximately twice per week) from which I gather that
Nilson is really responsible, sincere, eager to learn and reacts well to
criticism.

I have personally worked with Josenilson Ferreira da SIlva <nilsonfsilva@hotmail.com>
(key A8194D5D117E2D02DF30D30D07A9F562313446CD) since September 2022, and I know
Josenilson Ferreira da SIlva can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and
have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
