I fully support Vinay  Keshava <vinaykeshava@disroot.org>'s request to 
become a Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Vinay on shaping ruby gems and fixing bugs in 
packages under Ruby team. I have reviewed and sponsored his package as 
well. I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.

Vinay is really responsible, sincere, eager to learn and is pleasant 
to work with. He will be a great fit for the project both socially
and technically.

Developer, uploading. I have worked with Vinay  Keshava on ruby and javascript
packages for many months and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

We have worked on gitlab packaging and also uploading these to
fasttrack.debian.net. We also worked together on organizing camp.fsci.in and
maintaining git.fosscommunity.in public gitlab instance.

I have personally worked with Vinay  Keshava <vinaykeshava@disroot.org>

Vinay Keshava can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
