I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have been maintaining a handful of packages for a while now, including
some packages from the OpenBSD ecosystem as well as a handful of Asahi Linux
packages as part of the Bananas team (https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Bananas).
Recently I have also adopted the long orphaned nvi package and plan to get that
back into shape.
I hope to extend my involvement in Debian and be able to upload updates without
need for sponsorship to maintain my packages more efficiently.
