For nm.debian.org, at 2024-05-15: I support Stefano Brivio
<sbrivio@redhat.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with
Stefano Brivio on passt for more than 1 year and I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence. It has been quite a few uploads I didn't have
any input to provide before uploading passt.

I have personally worked with Stefano Brivio <sbrivio@redhat.com>
(key 04AB30CE0CE3E98A77B59C1EA5E5C2A2D2FECB0B) for 1 year, and I know Stefano Brivio
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
