I support Andrea Pappacoda <andrea@pappacoda.it>'s request to become a Debian
Developer (with upload rights). I have worked with Andrea Pappacoda on
cloudflare-ddns, cpp-httplib, cpp-jwt, doxygen-awesome-css, dynarmic, glm,
howardhinnant-date, mbedtls, microprofile, muon-meson, opensysusers,
tomlplusplus, vixl, xbyak, yuzu, zycore-c and zydis for three years and I
consider him as having sufficient technical competence.

Having encouraged Andrea much earlier to apply as a DD, he has my full support.
- From the start he was very eager to fulfill my requests on his packaging work
and provided high quality packages to Debian, most notably yuzu with many
dependencies (which got into debian slowly one at a time via the NEW queue but
did not trigger any impatience). I consider also the work on mbedtls very useful
for Debian.

I have personally worked with Andrea Pappacoda <andrea@pappacoda.it>
(key 66DEF15282990C2199EFA801A8A128A8AB1CEE49) for three years, and I know
Andrea Pappacoda can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I have worked with Andrea Pappacoda on markdown
for the past month and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I was impressed with the work I saw Andrea perform for in taking ownership of markdown. He has a strong
technical understanding and a willingness to work through problems to get an abandoned package into shape.
He has a large number of packages with DM upload rights and a track record of handling them well.

I have worked with Andrea Pappacoda on libdeflate, a package taken over from
the Medical Team. When Med Team called for volunteers, Andrea was quick to
answer the call, and joined me on the new Deflate Team. I was content to sit
back and process new upstream releases, but Andrea brought libdeflate into
compliance with DEP-14 with alacrity and panache. Our interaction has
been one of only a few weeks and a single package release, but we exchanged
a number of mails, and I consider them to possess technical competence and
comradely good nature.

I know Andrea Pappacoda can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
