Debian Developer (uploading). I have worked with Moritz Schlarb on
seafile, libapache2-mod-auth-openidc, libapache2-mod-oauth2 and
nagstamon many times and I consider him as having sufficient technical
competence.
I have personally worked with Moritz Schlarb <moschlar@metalabs.de>

now. He is a colleague of mine and I work with him on a daily basis. I
