I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have been a Debian Maintainer for some years, mostly in the Science Team but
not exclusively so. I would like to be able to NMU to unblock transitions
(pandas transitions are big enough that they often involve that) and upload NEW
packages to satisfy new dependencies.
