Vivek K J has accepted the DMUP in a signed statement.

Details from vivek:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2024-12-20:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
I have worked on ruby packages under debian-ruby team for a while for
packaging unpacked gems, and for updating existing gems for the smooth
transition of gitlab to newer releases.
I've also started my contributions in debian rust-team for fixing various
  Request for Package (RFP) bugs.
Now I would like to be able to upload packages on my own and would like
to get involved more in the project.
This is the second time I'm applying to become a DD Uploading. The first
time, my application was closed because the Front Desk decided to give me
more time to work on more advanced packaging issues before becoming a DD
Uploading. However, after reviewing your recent contributions, FD
provided feedback that they think it's time for me to reapply.
