I strongly support Paulo Henrique de Lima Santana <firstname.lastname@example.org>'s
(key 4324A92B2E7B85DA7F9C9C40C66D06B40443C450) request to become Debian
I know Paulo for several years and I confirm and agree with all information
provided in his DM request. Paulo is a key person in Brazil in several FOSS
events. He has an enviable skill when organising events. He already helped
to make possible three Mini DebConfs in Brazil and several Debian activities
inside big events, as Campus Party. As speaker, Paulo defends Debian with
her teeth and claws.
About packaging, Paulo has an incredible ability when playing with packages.
He is very very very detail oriented. He does a package with love and he
learns about new techniques and details fast. Paulo already worked around
adotions, QA, NMU, NEW, backports, etc. Currently, he has four packages and
several QA/NMU. I have worked closely with him over these packages because
I acted as sponsor.
I would like to see Paulo as DM now and as DD in a near future. The Debian
Project will gain with the help provided by Paulo.
