I have personally work with Marcio de Souza Oliveira <m.desouza20@gmail.com>
(key B8BF6B0CCCA27CB17427AEE6476DF16D280CDAD3) since 2014 and I know he can
be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted
upload rights, right now.
Marcio maintains packages since 2014 and is DM since 2015. I confirm all
information provided by Marcio in his candidature. I would like to say that
Marcio has skills around OS administration, network security and he acts to
disseminate Debian inside Brazilian Army too. So, I wish to see he as a DD
soon.
