For nm.debian.org:

I support David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com>'s request to become
a Debian Maintainer.

I' the sponsor one David Rabel's package 'jugglinglab' since about
14 months.

While working together, David Rabel showed to me that he has a basic
understanding of the Debian universe and of the standards to follow.
Besides he has proven to work thoroughly and to be able to learn new
things mostly on his own whenever necessary.

His package has been in good shape from the very beginning and he
carefully fixed any minor issues pointed out to him.

Way more important to me is that to my understanding David Rabel
strongly believes in the principles of our DFSG, our common social
and philosophical goals (as stated by the Debian Social Contract
and the Debian Code of Conduct) and the philosophy of Free Software
in general.

I believe that David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com> (key 656C 4C47
81A2 0D49 578B B409 F505 691E 3867 FB84) can be trusted to have
upload rights for their own packages, right now.

Cheers
 Jonas Meurer (mejo@debian.org)
