Application Manager report

For Aurélien Couderc <zecoucou@free.fr> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions, asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Aurélien Couderc should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.

After exchanging emails, I quickly got convinced that Aurélien COUDERC
<zecoucou@free.fr> has the required skills to become a DD, with uploading
rights. His answers to the questions of the NM process where so good, that
I soon realized it was useless to go through all of them. I also checked
one of his package (Elisa, a KDE music player), and found that it was in
a good enough shape for upload (if not taking into acount the licensing issue
that Aurelien told me about). I'm therefore hereby approving him to become
a DD.
