I support Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have personally worked with Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com> (key 638BC75EC1E5C589067E35DE62645EB35F686A8A) for two years on nvidia-cuda-toolkit, and have recently sponsored some of his uploads for julia and debian-science, and I know Mo Zhou can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

For nm.debian.org, on 2018-06-28:
I'd like to co-advocate Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com> for full Debian
Developer, uploading. While most of his uploads that required sponsoring
were done by Gianfranco Costamagna, I also got to review a bunch (13 uploads
of 6 packages). More importantly, I have seen him helping others on
d-mentors. His tally of self-signed DM uploads is at nice 142. Thus, I see
no reason he shouldn't get unleashed onto our archive unsupervised.

I can't claim to have been paying attention to what key signed uploads thus
I can't certify 638BC75EC1E5C589067E35DE62645EB35F686A8A, but this doesn't
matter as much for upgrading DMs.

I have worked with Mo Zhou on a lot of packages in the past 3 years, including lots of lua packages
and caffe, as well as brew wrappers and lots of more stuff.

I have personally worked with Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com> (key 638BC75EC1E5C589067E35DE62645EB35F686A8A) for 3 time,
and I know Mo Zhou can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I started helping him since probably the begin, and I saw him improving his skills really
quickly, learn how to package, and that made me confident in granting him DM privileges for his packages.

Now, with him processing work on mentors, helping newcomers, and doing such a great job,
I really think he should be a DD, he deserves it and I really know he has the required skills
to be a great DD.

Please let him in!

Gianfranco
