I support Raúl Benencia <email@example.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Raúl Benencia on foremost, rotix and themole since their original uploads to the archive.
I have personally worked with Raúl Benencia <firstname.lastname@example.org> (key 16AD29CF574AD0206F9961E02CF0F17C43474B6F) for ~5 years now,
and I know Raúl Benencia can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
I had the pleasure to meet him in person some few months after I started looking at his packages, and even sign his key. He has proven not only a trusty maintainer but also a wonderful person to deal with.
He has showed passion for understanding and following Debian's requirements and willingness to create patches himself.
If he in the future wants to become a DD I will certainly not hesitate in advocate him.
