I support David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

While I haven't worked with David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com> (key 656C4C4781A20D49578BB409F505691E3867FB84), I do know him personally and we are friends for couple of years already. I can only say nice things about him as a human and his work (along with his teammates) can speak for itself and I know David Rabel can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I've worked with David on OpenStack packages. His work was technically
correct, and I believe he has the needed skills. I already grated him ACLs
of many OpenStack packages, as I trust he can do the work without any
supervision. Therefore, I'm hereby advocating for David Rabel
<david.rabel@noresoft.com> to become a DD, with full upload rights to the
Debian archive.

For nm.debian.org (2018-09-16):

I'm happy to read that David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com> aims to
become a Debian Developer, uploading and fully support this request.

I know David personally and can only say good things about him. I
know that David strongly believes in the principles of our DFSG, our
common social and philosophical goals (as stated by the Debian Social
Contract and the Debian Code of Conduct) and the philosophy of Free
Software in general.

I consider David to be a very nice and humble person. I'm convinced
that he will be a great asset to the Debian project.

I worked together with David several times when sponsoring uploads
of his package 'jugglinglab'.

I believe that David Rabel <david.rabel@noresoft.com> (key 656C 4C47
81A2 0D49 578B B409 F505 691E 3867 FB84) can be trusted to be a full
member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights,
right now.

Cheers
