worked with Sruthi Chandran on Debian Ruby team, where she helped package
various dependencies of Diaspora and GitLab packages. She has always maintained
high quality in the packages she prepare and have a strong understanding of the
technical as well as philosophical side of the process involved. She has also
been conducting packaging workshops all over the country where she helped new
members join the community and contribute to Debian.

I have personally worked with Sruthi Chandran <srud@disroot.org> (key
F8891B552BADDE5D09368B47C9B0AC74C72B5836) for about 2 years now, and I know
Sruthi Chandran can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

packaging work in the debian-ruby team and met with her in person at
multiple conferences and meetups. She doing a good job in maintaining

I have worked with Sruthi Chandran on many packages in ruby and javascript teams
including complex package like gitlab and critical package like rails for over
2 years and I would like her to be able to upload packages on her own. She is
able grasp the relation between packages when updating and troubleshoot test
 failures to keep the package in good shape. I have sponsored almost all of her
200+ packages and also conducted packaging workshops with her.
