For nm.debian.org, at 2019-07-29:
I support Hans van Kranenburg <hans@knorrie.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.

I have known him as a valuable member of the linux-btrfs mailing list and
IRC, then I sponsored and reviewed his packages python-btrfs, btrfs-heatmap,
and apache2-mod-authn-yolo, (12 uploads total). These contributions have
been of consistently high quality, with a great complexity-to-errors ratio.

Key E26FD68FC1E8D4B61945464EE7815732180C2A55 has been used to sign some of
.dsc's sent to me (after replacing an earlier key) thus I can confirm its
validity.

I believe that Hans van Kranenburg can be trusted to have upload rights for
his own packages.
