Application Manager report
Gard Spreemann <firstname.lastname@example.org> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Gard Spreemann
should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned who will contact them.

For nm.debian.org, at 2019-12-24, regarding process 677:
I hereby recommend Gard Spreemann[0-2] for becoming a Debian Developer,
After exchanging with him for a little time, to get to know him, and to check
his knowledge of the project, I agree with his advocates that he has the
required skills and philosophy to be a full member of Debian.
I particularly tried to check his packaging skills, as he has a little amount
of uploads, and asked him to do a NMU/QA upload to make sure he'd do it
properly on his own.
Having found no issue, and being confident that, if someday, Gard meets any
problem while doing something, he'll ask for some help, I consider this little
amount of uploads as unimportant.
Gard Spreemann's bio
I've been interested in computers all my life, and FOSS is most
compatible with my ethical values as well as my practical
considerations. Debian has for a long time been my OS of choice,
particularly because of its organizational structure, quality packaging,
and reliability. I have not given much back to FOSS in my life, but I
now find myself maintaining a few Debian packages related to my field of
work (mathematics). Taking this a step further could be a good way to
give a little bit back while doing work I'd be doing anyway.
