I support Sudip Mukherjee <sudipm.mukherjee@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Contributor, with guest account.
My interactions with him consisted of reviewing and sponsoring a decent
bunch of his packages (11 total, 7 unique) -- and they were consistently of
a high quality. This bodes well for knowing how to use developer machines
with care.

been used to verify packages I reviewed.
