I have personally worked with Thiago Andrade Marques
<thmarques@gmail.com> (key 1D38EE3C624F955CE1FA3C855A303591F8CDB08B)
over several packages (ITP, ITA, NMU, QA upload, Team upload).

Thiago is fascinated by computer networking and security. He works
with Debian for many years and have all needed skills to be a DD.
He is also a Debian Security Tools Packaging Team member.

I know Thiago Andrade Marques can be trusted to be a full member of
Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I am sure that Thiago will help to improve Debian and I would like to
see he as DD soon.

stuff and choose the right thing to do to get the work done for the best.

He works on the package with great care to the detail, so I know Thiago 
Andrade Marques can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
