For nm.debian.org, on 2020-03-21:

I support Sudip Mukherjee <sudipm.mukherjee@gmail.com>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading. I have been working with Sudip on the tycho
and simple-http packages since November of 2019 and am currently reviewing
Sudip's contributions to netty. During our work together Sudip has
demonstrated skill and commitment to doing the right thing for Debian and
our users.

I met Sudip Mukherjee <sudipm.mukherjee@gmail.com> (key
B8340990283D8D9BC1949AC74799A35146D12B35) in person at FOSDEM in February
2020 and have signed his GPG key. I trust Sudip Mukherjee to be a full
member of Debian.

Thank you,
tony mancill (tmancill)

I support Sudip Mukherjee <sudipm.mukherjee@gmail.com>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading.

While he has become a DM not even two months ago, he's been doing great
work on the QA front, doing many QA uploads and NMUs. And, being an oldie
within the free software world outside Debian (such as the kernel), the
high quality of Sudip's Debian contributions so far is unsurprising.

Uploads I've received so far were signed by keys:
2A30B224FC2FBEDE6B8DF6364BA316E17BFA1F73 (revoked: 2019-11-09)
B8340990283D8D9BC1949AC74799A35146D12B35 (in this NM application)
so that looks ok.

I believe he can be trusted to be a full unsupervised member of Debian.
